We came into the Dealership to look at the Q7 (SUV) as we were comparing all SUV's for purchase. The saleman, Edgar Cordoba was very friendly and engaging and new everything about the Q7 vehicle. We found a 2012 with low miles that was exceptionally clean in black that we ended up purchasing. The process was by far the best I have ever had at a car dealership. The Manager, Mr. Atti Mimi was very sharp and equally friendly and I feel we came to a price agreement on great terms. He was a pleasure to deal with. What I loved about the experience is that Edgar was always friendly, positive, and very knowledgeable about the Audi history and the committment that they have for their customers. Due to an expanding family, I needed to end my lease early on my A5 and get a car to fit a baby seat. At 8 months pregnant the last thing I wanted to do was be stressed out about getting a new car, and they were so wonderful about everything. Made me feel so welcome and walked me through all possible new Audi's. The entire experience was so wonderful that I would recommend everyone go visit Chase there. After I decided on my new Audi, Chase took care of everything with my old car and turning it in early with no penalty. Not only that, all paperwork was done and I just needed to sign when I arrived for my new car. It has made me an Audi loyalist and a Rusnak Audi enthusiast.
