From day one, they got me much better deal compared to Galpin Volvo. out of respect to the salesman at Galpin, I gave Galpin chance to match the offer and they couldn't even match it on a lesser equipped XC60. Not to mention they were promoting "To give away a free iPad if they couldn't beat my deal" which Galpin DID NOT HONOR! which i did lease the car a few hours later on the same day. Also The young lady at finance dept took such good care of use by putting a package together to save us so much money at the expiration of the lease. Lastly, Anthony Marino at the Service dept has been nothing short of a total class act. He has treated my folks with such respect especially when we got a check engine light and turned out the tip of Capless Gas Tank was physically broken. since my Folks nor the dealer was not certain how it had happened, Rusnak Volvo took the burden of repairing it knowing they didn't have to .
