My original issue was with a punctured tire, which Anthony advised could not be repaired because of special insulation in my tires that makes them quiet. He quickly quoted me almost $600 for a new tire (existing tire only had less than 15k miles) and told me there was no alternative option. I found a local shop that removed the tire and found that in fact I did not have any special insulation, so they were able to patch it up and install the tire for less than $45 (including a tip). My second and most disappointing experience was when I brought my car for service and he quoted me almost 60% more than other Volvo service centers. I understand the balance between pricing and convenience, but his approach was a HUGE over reach. It genuinely felt like he was either trying to rip me off or he thought I was not smart enough to compare his quote. I will not return to do any more business with Rusnak and suggest that they change their policies to be transparent with customers. As a side note, the Volvo service center that performed the service had their prices listed and readily available for me to see! More

Exceptional is the perfect word. In the midst of the Corona pandemic, Anthony was there for me at a moment when a small thing (one busted tire) was becoming an all-day ordeal at my local tire shop. The environment was such a blessed comfort l could have cried. The waiting room and bathroom were both in tip top condition. It was not hard to keep necessary social distance. I have always trusted Anthony’s intelligence and opinion but after this visit my admiration is through the roof. Also the car wash and interior cleaning was fantastic. More
