The woman who booked the appointment seemed irritated and annoyed, and was not friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day. However, on the day of service, it was an easy check-in. Roman, my advisor, went the extra mile to make sure all the issues were addressed. He was able to replace a bumper cap and even get me an Uber ride. My first Volvo and first service call so really could’ve the issues were addressed. He was able to replace a bumper cap and even get me an Uber ride. My first Volvo and first service call so really could’ve gone the other way and left a lasting impression. Minor glitch however with my appointment. They confirmed over the phone but the greeter wasn’t able to find it in the system on my arrival for whatever reason. They still got me in thankfully. Glad my first service with Volvo turned out nearly perfect! More
