They had my vehicle all day, gave me no notification that my car was done. I had to call them to ask about my car since I knew they were closing soon. I didn't feel as though I was listened to. I picked up my car an hour after I was told that it was ready and when I arrived, I was told that I still had to wait 15 minutes for it to be washed. I was asked about problems and I mentioned that I got some false positive message, including as to the blind spot sensor. I didn't say the message was current and yet they asked as if I had and told me that there was no active message. I asked to be contacted on my landline and I was contacted on my cell. I said that my head's up display was off center (not an up and down issue that could be corrected on the computer). I was told that it would be fixed when I picked up my car. When I picked up my car, they tried to adjust it using the car's computer and said that they could not correct it that way. More
