Poor service Car was returned unwashed - Even a dry leaf wedged on the side of the hood was left there. Everyone from the cashier, the parts department and the shuttle drivers are friendly and personable. I have 2 - C30's (my last C30 was purchased at Rusnak) so I am in more often than most. These cars are my 6th and 7th Volvos. As an experienced and long time Volvo owner I have a choice as to where I will have my cars serviced. I choose Rusnak as my dealer and service center because they have earned my loyalty and trust! More
