MIssing Part replacement experience I leased this Volvo XC60 about a 2 month ago and love so much. However I noticed there was one missing parts on rear bumper after a couple of days fr I leased this Volvo XC60 about a 2 month ago and love so much. However I noticed there was one missing parts on rear bumper after a couple of days from purchase, it was cover for connecting towing thing, So I contacted dealer for replacement, They told me I will need pay for that but after some conversation explaining them there was no fault on my side at all, they ended up ordering without any charge which was good. so I went to parts department of dealership and they were gonna replace the parts, the cover did not fit well and kept falling off for some reason , I was assuming parts of holding the cover was broken inside, I asked them a couple of times, "how come it does not fit?" he seemed like he want to finish this little thing quickly, the guy told me " dont worry , all cars are like this" and he put double side tapes inside. I was asking him " all other cars hold this parts with double sided tape like this?" and he said " Yes, But please be careful when you do car wash, avoid spraying directly on this parts it might come off" , I was not satisfied at all but he said all cars are like this, so we left there. Now we are driving this car always pay attention the parts is not falling off everyday and also need to let car wash company about the looseness of the little parts. hope the parts is not falling off again... Emergency tire change I found a slash in my front tire, drove straight to Rusnak/Volvo Pasadena without an appointment around 3pm. Naaem Adams, my Service Specialist, was I found a slash in my front tire, drove straight to Rusnak/Volvo Pasadena without an appointment around 3pm. Naaem Adams, my Service Specialist, was wonderful as always, made sure a replacement tire was installed ASAP the next morning and got the tire company to cover a portion of the replacement tire cost. Na'eem provides outstanding service. There is always a very cheerful greeting lady, and if she is not there someone else will ask if you need help. Great team, terrific service center. More
Recall Service for 2019 S60 Sedan The service performed was for a recall on the rear suspension assembly. The greeting lady was real nice and helpful. I can't remember her name but she had a slight English or Irish accent. Gilbert in the Service department was great in preparing the paperwork and making arrangements for a shuttle for me. The service was performed a lot faster than I expected and the complimentary car wash was the icing on the cake. We purchased our Volvo at Rusnak a few months ago and we were very happy with the purchase process and this being our first service experience, we highly recommend the Rusnak Volvo Team. More

I had listed a rear tail light being out because that is what my service manual indicated. I changed the bulb but I continued to get a message that the light was out and the Right turn signal kept blinking faster that normal. Unfortunately, when I left, the fast-blinking signal continued, so I returned to Na'eem who did a walk around to discover that the right front signal light was out. and rectified the problem immediately. Would recommend that service technicians do a further search on issues of this type rather than just relying solely on customer info. Sounds like a fluke, but I trusted the indication lights and it never occurred to me to check further. My other complaint is the length of time I had to wait to receive info regarding recommended preventive services that I chose to schedule for a different day. Regardless, I think I receive great service and will continue to come for servicing. More

A Tale of Two CitiesPoor customer service, good car service! Quite unhelpful when I first called with a ‘check engine’ light (bad news in most cars). Service desk would not pick up; front desk was unhelpful and lacked urgency; scheduled appointment for five days later with no insight into how serious a problem this might be. However, when I arrived at the appointment, my service manager was great and while process including replacing a sensor and completing tire rotation and scheduled maintenance was completed in 2 hours while I worked in a comfortable room with good WiFi. More
