Previous experiences have not been as smoothe but it seems like things might be different now (at least in service) with Jason at the helm. There are a lot of customers at this location and you can tell this could easily be an overwhelming job, but Jason handles customers with ease and communicated well and ACCURATELY with me. It’s the first time at this dealership from pre-sale til now where I’ve actually been told something and it was completed exactly as discussed at the exact time AND I left feeling well taken care of, valued, and the work exceeded my expectation. As far as the workmanship goes, they repaired a rim — it looked PHENOMENAL. True craftsmanship, level of quality, and detail I would expect from Porsche. I forgot to mention the detail guys made my car look like NEW. Great experience with Jason Yamasaki and his team all around. Thank you for FINALLY giving me a positive Porsche experience, Jason!
