We went there to purchase a vehicle that we had found online. We arrived and did a test drive of the vehicle that we had liked without issue. We had been looking for vehicles for sometime and had already online. We arrived and did a test drive of the vehicle that we had liked without issue. We had been looking for vehicles for sometime and had already decided on the model that we wanted. We did not need finacing since we had already saved up the purchase price. Our problem was that it took 5 hours for the dealership to get through the paperwork and "prepping" the car. There is no excuse in the world for this type of behavior. We even went to Platteville, ate lunch and came back to have to wait for hours. My wife had to leave to head home without me to get the kids since it took so long. I have purchased many vehicles from various dealers over the years and this was the worst service I have ever had. I was not impressed and will not return. More

The sales expirience was fine, but the service after the sale has been non existent. We picked up our car Dec. 19 and had the first dead battery Dec. 24. We were out of town for Christmas so we had to wait sale has been non existent. We picked up our car Dec. 19 and had the first dead battery Dec. 24. We were out of town for Christmas so we had to wait until we got back to do anything. I sent an email to our salesman Dec. 29 and never heard anything back. We had another dead battery Jan 3rd and the radio/electronics were acting up, so I took it back to the dealer and told them the battery was bad just to be told I had to set up an appointment. They had me bring it back Jan 11 where they did a 5 min battery test and said there was no problem and we must be leaving a light on. On Jan 20 we had another dead battery after only 5 hours of ot being parked in the garage this time leaving a check engine light on, so I took it back down Jan 21 to have the code read and was sent down the road to the other dealer, because their service department is closed Saturdays, where I was told they don't have time. When I went back to the predriven dealer, our salesman said he'd set up an appointment for the following week, after not hearing from anyone for a few days, I emailed and was told the service department would reach out, they never did. We had another dead battery Jan 31, and I again emailed them and was told Feb 2 they'd call, which they didn't. Finally after I reached out Feb 14 and set up an appointment for Feb 17, they looked at it, confirmed the battery was bad and proceeded to offer to replace it for 10% off, far less than the warranty the paperwork says. What a joke, 4 trips there and 2 months to repair the issue I told them it had in the first week. More
