I wanted to review Royal Moore so others had a good idea of what to expect. Austin is a super nice and compassionate salesperson. He didn't pressure us, which we experienced with other salespeople. Austin was very dedicated and let us know when a car came in for us. He made the purchase very easy! I didn't work with the other salespeople, but they were supportive as we were buying I have a delicate immune system, and he let Kci know. Kci wiped down the desk and door handle, even making sure I signed with a pen he had sterilized. I liked that this dealership had a policy of not having sick workers stay at work. As for finance, I had an ok experience, but I didn't like the pressure being placed on us to buy that day. I liked that we had 30 days to cancel. Also, we were able to cancel after 30 days with the slight fee. This warrant has prorated so you can ask or a refund it anytime. What I didn't like about it is that I bought, then when I picked up the car, the person was asking me why I wanted to cancel the warranty. That was not Kci. I felt Less comfortable with the person I dealt with when I picked the car up. I managed to cancel, But it won't take up to a month to get my money back, Despite the fact that I gave a separate check for that and signed a finance agreement. I was a little concerned that the cashed my check right away, Because that money wasn't going to be there for about a week. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership. However, If you're somebody who has an illness or chronic pain like I do, You might just want to go with a place in town. The reason I say this is because the dealership's guarantee on the transmission and engine likely wouldn't matter if the person doesn't have the confidence that the car will last. I was told that these cars aren't as reliable as the ones from 20 years ago or even 10 years ago. I am pleased with the car, which I think will last for a long time! I don't agree with the idea that it won't, but a warranty gives 10 years of no worrying. More
