Julio was perfect. Very straightforward and professional. Answered all our questions and always seemed engaged, without any of the hard sell behavior (that we hate). Very straightforward and professional. Answered all our questions and always seemed engaged, without any of the hard sell behavior (that we hate). We did have a small surprise after the purchase. The car made a warning sound at 60 mph and a full, loud alarm at 70 mph. We had to buy a key from a Ford dealer to disable the alarm. $440 More
