No hint whatsoever of the slithery car sales subculture. I was looking to buy my first new car and my wife and I had two Mazdas previously. Brandon Selnau and Fernando Morales were great! As I was looking through different models online Brandon communicated with me, even took a video of one car I had in mind before I even got to the dealership. Fernando was great showing me trims and test driving with me on Brandon's day off so I could zero in on the car I wanted. Next day I decided to buy and Brandon rushed in on his day off to go through everything with me. It was my first new car so they walked me through everything and kept me comfortable while I waited for paperwork and all of it. I never felt pressured to buy any extras or add-ons, what I felt was informed of my choices and that my deal was tailored to my budget, future plans, and my current needs. Everyone was over-the-top polite, patient with me and my questions, and every dept introduction was courteous and professional. My father tagged along just for his entertainment seeing his son buy his first new car and compared to many of his previous buying experienced he was really impressed with how it all went for me. Can't say enough about Brandon and Fernando and everyone I interacted with at the dealership. It is a process to get a new car, it took a few hours doing all the paperwork and waiting my turn to fill out the financing, but at no point was I overly annoyed or felt like my time was being undervalued. They got me in and out in my exact car that fit my needs in a reasonable amount of time.
