Curtis went the extra mile to help us We were in a rush to buy a solid used car for our son who in less than a week was headed across the country (2200 miles) to start a summer job. We saw a car we were interested in, sent a request for information and Curtis responded. We decided we wanted to test drive it that weekend. Curtis responded to our email on his day off. The car had not been detailed and from picture was kind of a mess. Curtis tried and tried again to get it in line to be detailed but did not have success. I would buy a car from Curtis but they did not get it ready to sell in time and we purchased from another dealership. More

They advertised a volvo for sale on carfax and when i contacted the salesman Recan, he could not provide me with any info besides "we sent it to volvo for some repair". I waited a few days called again... spoke with another salesman again no help. Called a third time after a week of waiting for a call back that never happens asked for the manager "Ron Register" who has been emailing me asking "what can I do to earn your business" but never answered my questions, not available for the call or called me back either. I feel this stealership is a scam. Still advertising this car and now even at a lower price but no one will help me. Very sad. So much time wasted. After reading all the bad reviews on yelp and BBB i dont think i can trust this place at all. More
