Lake Bellavance I was looking at inventory on line on a Sunday evening. Immediately Monday morning I received a call from Leif. Asked what I was interested in & I tol I was looking at inventory on line on a Sunday evening. Immediately Monday morning I received a call from Leif. Asked what I was interested in & I told him, made an appointment Wednesday due to my schedule. Leif was assisting another customer so referred me to Lake. He sat with me, had me test drive a couple SUVs I was interested in, options that were available. I took home a vehicle that night to show my family & to just drive s little more before making my decision. I called the next morning & said I wanted it!! Went in on Thursday night purchased the car, loan right there didn’t have to go to bank & sign papers!! They got the loan for me, called my insurance, which was after hours, and we’re able to fax back & forth so I had my insurance card & ready to hit the road!! Love my purchase!! So pleased I was able to work with such caring gentlemen!! Lake has been wonderful! Very kind, caring & personable! Responds quickly, very accommodating! I called him to put my plates on my car after registered as I wasn’t home & didn't have a screw driver with me. “No problem, come on over!” Which I did! Thank you Lake!
