I found a guy I could totally relate to that spoke straight. We joked about being "Old School," but there's no better description. Jason Burns was able to share information without embellishment; sharing positives and correcting my misconceptions in a non-judgemental manner that made me feel as though I was speaking with a good neighbor across the driveway fence. The product is a superior piece of mechanized technology, as I am learning more and more each day. All told, this has been the very best car buying experience of my life because of Jason and his vehicle. I look forward to future experiences with Jason and Rowe. Fred More
After finding the truck that had everything I wanted, I called the dealership and negotiated a sales price two separate times with no acceptance. When I noticed the same truck lower in price at the year end sale I called rowe ford in westbrook. I started speaking to Ed who was so helpful and finally helped me get the vehicle I had wanted for three months. At an even lower price than it was when I first saw it. He even took the time to show me how to use everything in the truck, as well as fill the tank and make sure it was spotless when I left the lot. Super personable person. Would highly recommend Ed when searching for your next vehicle. More
Things have definitely changed I bought my 1999 Accent from Rowe. Although it wasn't a totally horrid experience, I didn't leave feeling good about it either. After 11 years of th I bought my 1999 Accent from Rowe. Although it wasn't a totally horrid experience, I didn't leave feeling good about it either. After 11 years of the Accent, I went back to check out what they had for a payment I could afford. The guy simply told me they couldn't do a payment that low (without even asking what I was going to put down) and didn't even offer to sit down and talk. He just kind of dismissed me. VERY bizarre. So I got a Toyota at Prime. I swore I would NEVER go back to Rowe. After 9 years of the Toyota, I wanted a Hyundai again. Prime has closed their dealership, so I sighed and thought "I'm going to have to deal with Rowe again." What a pleasant surprise! Mike and William set my mind at ease immediately that they would work with me to get what I wanted at a fair price. It was very easy and they even drove one down from Auburn so I could get the color I wanted. I was told elsewhere that they would have to drive 200 miles to get that color and that the price would go up because of it. Rowe also offered more for my Yaris. I definitely would recommend Rowe for a new Hyundai. I left feeling good. Thank you Mike and William! V More

I was not in the market for a vehicle but when I saw the 2015 Toyota Tacoma advertised online and great price I had to drive down to Rowe Westbrook im I was not in the market for a vehicle but when I saw the 2015 Toyota Tacoma advertised online and great price I had to drive down to Rowe Westbrook immediately! It's all that I was looking for in a truck and I was happily surprised on the excellent condition of an earlier model. I had a great experience with Jason Burns who listened and answered all my questions and concerns. Jason put me at ease after a bad experience at a dealership I had been doing business in Maine for the past 10 years who were very rude and disrespectful and I will never do business there again. I feel that customer service is valued at Rowe Westbrook and that purchase of the vehicle is not the end of the buyer/seller relationship. I plan to return many times for any questions that may come up. Thank you Jason and everyone at Rowe Westbrook for a very enjoyable buying experience that can be very stressful! I love my Tacoma!
