Demetrius was very nice but the overall experience was horrible. I waited 2.5 hours with not a single update (despite receiving a text message that I could receive frequent updates) and when I finally as horrible. I couldn’t believe how long it took and I’m struggling to understand why I was never informed of the delays. This was the 2nd time that we’ve had customer service issues at Rt 22. Last year we had to wait 2 hours just for a key replacement!! Just an awful experience both times. More
