When I purchased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in 2019 I was told that during all service visits I would receive a complimentary loaner car and car wash. I have used this service center multiple time (all due to iss that during all service visits I would receive a complimentary loaner car and car wash. I have used this service center multiple time (all due to issues that were included in the warranty), but have yet to pick up a washed vehicle. Also, in order to receive a loaner car, the appointment must be made about a month in advance. More

They had my car for two weeks never diagnosed it or any repairs needed. Then when I picked it up to bring to another dealership I had to put air in the rear tire. Despite having an 8am appt on a Monday, it took 3 days for my car to get serviced. I was told it would take 2-3 days to run a diagnostic but nothing was done until the third day.
