I went in extremely nervous because the other dealers were rude when I told them I was only window shopping and had my 3 year old in tow. The only thing they were interested in was what they could do to "close the deal" that day after I explicitly said "I am window shopping". Upon entering the dealership, I explained to the woman at the front desk my experiences and how I needed to talk with someone who is understanding. Thankfully, she introduced me to Nelson. He sat down entertained my son a bit then listened to all my needs before deciding what kind of vehicle(s) would be right for me and my family's needs.
