Not inclined to return for other recommended services because of cost to install starter. It seems to me that car dealers would increase service business volume, if they lowered prices. I think people would rather go to dealers for service to get specifically trained mechanics and genuine parts but service rates are too high. I'm still not convinced that the price i paid was correct. The part was all over the internet for about $100. I wish someone would look into this. More

Having full knowledge of the car's functionality, he made helpful suggestions that made a huge difference in my comfort and ease with the HR-V. Service Department Ed Wallace, service manager resolved discrepancy from another dealership north of Reading, who quoted $2300 repair to fix a horn or trade in 2011 Ho Ed Wallace, service manager resolved discrepancy from another dealership north of Reading, who quoted $2300 repair to fix a horn or trade in 2011 Honda with 111k mileage. They also disengaged the horn wiring from the steering wheel chasie which prohibited obtaining a sticker. They never never checking wiring, fuses, or questioning why paper was wedged under steering wheel they said poor workmanship was the reason for the problem and refused to repair. My son admitted to placing a piece of paper to stop the horn from going off while driving but still should not have resulted in pulling apart wiring around the steering wheel. I called Prime, speaking with Ed relaying all events. He carefullly reviewed the paperwork, kept my dander down, had technicians put their heads together for a solution. I had the car back by the end of the day. The problem was that a small spring came off the horn mechanism, there was no need to replace any airbag casket. The oil change and sticker was processed and I am good for another 12 months with my CRV. This is customer service and going the extra for retention. I will be back. Thanks Ed! More
