Initial E-mail contact with the dealership, receiving an E-price, test drive, paperwork, and instruction/familiarization with the vehicle features took around 3-1/2 hours. The salesman was very friendly, relaxed, and helpful. Once the deal was made, there was a bit of sales pressure from the finance person trying to sell extended service plans; but that was manageable. I give Roush Honda a very good recommendation. I would gladly go there again. More

I really liked that they were open to texting because I don't have a lot of time in the day to have long conversations. Even though the first salesperson would not be available for the time I'd be able to test drive, she set me up with a different sales person (Cameron Dean) for me to meet with, and everything was smooth sailing after. Other than that, I really love and am thankful for my new car. More
