After a 3 hour drive, the day at Rountree-Moore Nissan started out really interesting. One member of finance was not that personable. He literally upset me to the point of walking out but my salesman Adam started out really interesting. One member of finance was not that personable. He literally upset me to the point of walking out but my salesman Adam English created an atmosphere that was conducive to me staying and completing the deal. Adam stood up for me by bringing in the managers. With his help, I was able to get the price to the amount I was expecting. He literally is the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. If you visit Rountree-Moore Nissan, ask for Adam English. He’s honest and transparent. More

James Louden was my salesperson and he was outstanding. I negotiated for several additional items to be included in the purchase price that could not be fulfilled on the day of purchase. James stayed in to I negotiated for several additional items to be included in the purchase price that could not be fulfilled on the day of purchase. James stayed in touch with me the entire time until all was complete. He was great! As for Rountree Moore, I do take issue with the accuracy/transparency of the CARFAX report which they have you sign every page of which is indicative that they stand behind it. My car was purported to be a "CARFAX 1-owner" and "personal lease". When I got home with the vehicle, I found THREE different rental agreements from the dealership in the glove compartment. It turns out that it was being used as a rental vehicle for the service department. So not only was the CARFAX report untrue, they were very careless with their customer's personal information (name, address, phone number, auto insurance and policy numbers) time and time again. CARFAX information can be changed and updated, but the dealership did not do this. More
