Service bay is always nice and clean which I appreciate. The waiting area was clean and tidy, fortunately fairly empty after about 11PM so keeping distance from folks wasn't difficult. WiFi works great and there are electrical outlets available in case you need to work remotely. I scheduled my service online which left off a $500 charge for one of the services. So instead of the planned $500/$600 service it was suddenly over $1000. My service writer explained their online system always "drops" that when booking online. I genuinely appreciate that my service writer gave me a $100 discount but still can't give a perfect score with something that egregious (especially right now with COVID and folks being strapped for cash). I'd still recommend this shop because they have always done good work over the years when I've had no garage and cannot do my own maintenance. Maybe call and get a firm quote though before going in for anything major. More
