I bought a new car here very recently, and overall it was a good experience. Corey was easy-going and respectful - not pushy or aggressive like a lot of car salesmen tend to be. Of course, he had to go by the dealership's script in some places, which I guess management has in place because it works on a lot of customers (unfortunate). For example, they had the "customer will buy NOW if terms are agreeable" signature to test my commitment to the buying process. They also had a routine of agreeing to a price, and then coming back to somehow guilt trip me into maybe raising it by $500 (which I denied and they accepted). The dealership also has this weird practice of pre-applying supposed "ceramic coating" to all of their cars and charging $400 for it (who knows how well it's actually applied, and regardless I really doubt it would last more than a few months). Their finance guy (can't remember his name - Sean?) was nice, but much more firm and somewhat impatient. This seems like a negative review, but ultimately what matters is the OTD price paid for the vehicle, and I believe I got a good price at the end of the day. Thus, for Corey's good customer service and the good price I paid, I would consider this a positive experience. More

Very pleased with the service and kind treatment given to me by Richi Trottier when I brought my 2019 Honda HRV in. Richi showed me where squirrels had chewed the sheath and wiring under the hood.
