My experience at Rossi could not have been better. From the second I walked onto the lot until I drove out in my new car, the customer service was above and beyond any dealership I've ever been to. I recently had an issue with my 2015 Silverado touchscreen radio. It would randomly switch channels or drop Bluetooth calls or the volume would change levels without being prompted. I contacted St touchscreen radio. It would randomly switch channels or drop Bluetooth calls or the volume would change levels without being prompted. I contacted Stephaney at Rossi who advised she would contact my warranty company to find out how the issue should be resolved. After waiting a few weeks for the back ordered radio to come in, Stephaney contacted me immediately and was able to schedule my service appointment for the next day. Rossi sure is lucky to have a dedicated employee like her to ensure their customers are well cared for. More

Exchanged multiple emails with dealer over the course of 8 hours looking for a simple price quote on a new vehicle. I never received the price quote. Imagine running a business where you leave a customer 8 hours looking for a simple price quote on a new vehicle. I never received the price quote. Imagine running a business where you leave a customer waiting for a price for 8 hours. At this point I've lost a complete day in my search for a new car. Avoid these guys unless you like wasting your time. EDIT: 24 hours later I finally received a price quote, the offer was effectively at the gm supplier discount that I already had. I appreciate the response but the deal is a non-starter. More
