The service department is the absolute worst. They don’t have a clue how to diagnose and fix a problem. It’s one guess after another and they still don’t get it right. My wife and I bought a Chevy Colorado from Rossi. Adonis is the person to see. The other reviews about him are spot on. Even though Rossi is on the larger size of dealers, they have a way a making it feel l is the person to see. The other reviews about him are spot on.
