Was treated with very little respect, Kevin the salesperson was fine, but their sales manager Matt treated me and my family very badly. From the tone of his voice to the condescending way he pretty salesperson was fine, but their sales manager Matt treated me and my family very badly. From the tone of his voice to the condescending way he pretty much told us to leave. In his words "Math isn't very hard" while talking about pricing to telling us "There's no point in continuing this conversation" the tone of his voice and the way he brushed us off is unacceptable. We went from being willing to spend 57 thousand dollars on a truck to leaving immediately because of the lack of respect from Matt. I feel sorry for Kevin, lost a sales due to his manager. Hopefully this review will reach someone in upper management. More

Sales department is fine however the service department is a complete joke. Can't say I'm surprised though because most are. Bought my truck brand new custom built from the factory and originally ordered t is a complete joke. Can't say I'm surprised though because most are. Bought my truck brand new custom built from the factory and originally ordered the truck with mud flaps which are installed in house when the truck arrives. Told them I no longer want them on weeks prior to the truck arriving. They said no problem at all. Show up to pick the truck up and there it is with the mud flaps on. After a couple weeks of driving the truck I could no longer take how bad they looked on the truck so I took them off. Well, once I unscrewed them from the truck I was unbelievably disappointed to find a massive dent where the service tech drilled out and installed threaded rivets. I immediately brought the truck to them so they could see this only to be accused of causing the dents. What kind of manager immediately accuses the customer of doing something like that. Not a very good one if you ask me. Yea sir I purchased a brand new expensive truck just to put dents in it to waste my time arguing with you. ( sarcasm ). So after causing a scene in the service department the manager decides to bring me back and have a talk with the technician who installed them that made the manager look like a complete fool because he was wrong. The technician admitted that gms protocol for installing the mudflaps is poor. And should only need little screws if not 3m tape to hold them on. So what they do is drill out a 1/4 inch hole and tap in threaded rivets with a hammer so that the mudflap can then be screwed on. I looked at the manager and said tapped in with a hammer huh? Maybe just maybe sir it was dented when that stupid process was done. So after making him look like a fool. It was finally settled that there dent specialists would fix the dent. Doesnt change the fact that I still have massive holes in the truck now. If you are still reading hats off to you. There has been numerous other occasions being disappointed with the service department too. I dropped my truck off the night before for a 730am appointment the very next morning. Call in at 1230 to see if my truck is done and am told that it hasn't been looked at yet. I dont know where they find the managers of this department but they are unbelievable rude. What is the point of having an appointment if they jusy get to it when they get to it? I told him I drove by at 7am in the morning and saw the truck was moved. He said yea thats to get it in the shop. So it can sit there for 5 hrs before even looking at it? I guess they assume people that drop there vehicle off the night before are in no hurry at all. Again what is the point of an appointment. If I was there in person would I be waiting that long? Rude. Inconsiderate. Poorly ran department. More
