I located a used vehicle on the internet and on their website. I called them to get more information about it and by the time I went to the dealership, it was washed and up by the office so I didn't have website. I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door by Mike. We sat down and I told him exactly what I wanted. The car, finance rate, and price tag. He delivered!! I didn't intend to buy a new truck, but when driving past Ron Westphal saw this black Colorado Crew Cab, 4X4 Z71 sitting out front. Went inside to inquire and was greeted by Mike Watgen. Told him I just wanted to look inside but the next thing I knew he was bringing the truck down for me to test drive. We took it for a spin and I knew I wanted this truck. This was Monday Feb. 25, 2013. I told Mike I would let him know later in the week. He did not high pressure me whatsoever. Brought my wife back and wound up buying it on Feb. 27, 2013. I was offered a fair price for my Ford Ranger. When I picked up the Colorado Mike went over all features with me and helped set up On Star. I was impressed with how courteious Mike was. I think Ron Westphal should be proud to have him as a sales associate. I also received a great deal on financing. More
