Rude mean like um they want everything done right away and rushing us to buy the car on that day. but Mike was not like. Bernard was very attentive and helpful. He asked a lot of great questions to make sure I was happy, and found the right vehicle for me. He was also very personable which made for great conversation. Everyone was down to earth and came across as relaxed and genuine, I did not feel pressured, like I have at other dealerships. Dan was very clear, and to the point. This was my first new vehicle purchase, my credit was less than perfect, and Dan was able to get me the car I wanted at a price I could work with. Dan was a 'no bull' type of salesman, and I can't thank him enough for making me feel comfortable. Joe helped me to understand exactly what I was getting, and showed me where to sign. He made the "paperwork part" painless and quick. Plus he gave me warranty options that were well worth it. More

Ron Westphal Chevy had a very welcoming atmosphere and staff. I never felt uncomfortable with the deal we made. I was beyond disappointed. My husband and I went in to look at a truck. After taking it for a test drive we made an offer that was presented to the manager Don. It was accepted. They then informed us that look at a truck. After taking it for a test drive we made an offer that was presented to the manager Don. It was accepted. They then informed us that the truck was sold to someone else right under our nose. We looked at two more sub-par trucks. We were told they would do whatever they could to get us a different vehicle. We found one that we liked but was 17k. I figured it wouldn't hurt to look. The manager Don came out to apologize. He told me he would give us a deal on anything. He said he had no attachment to any car. I asked how much of a deal? He replied with whatever we want. I told him I would take the 17k truck for 10k out the door. He said deal and shook my hand. As is customary in verbally finalizing a deal. After our test drive we came back to do paperwork. This is when Don and a different head manager Dan said they couldn't help us. There was no deal. I was unaware of the deceptive practices that this dealership is doing. The people should be ashamed of themselves. We are a nation built on handshakes as deals. They do not keep their word. I would never recommend this dealership. More
For once it was great buying a car from a dealership with such great employees. I wasnt presured on buying a car as soon as I got on the lot but instead got approached with kindness. That was nice to have a sales man that was a down to earth man, instead of a yuppy sales man thinking he knows everything about cars... Thanks a lot Mike..... More
