Communication was terrible. Lost 2 days due to automated answering service putting in tickets for technicians to call back, then getting No call backs. Very frustrating. I initially contacted the dealership about a used 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X vehicle. I told Danniel my sales contact that I am very sensitive to tobacco smoke and asked him if he would wait until itvwas Nissan Frontier Pro-4X vehicle. I honestly didn't expect him to or to give me an honest answer. Car dealers are the 2nd least trusted profession only behind lawyers. To my amazement Danniel called back and said that both he and the sales manager Nick smelled cigarette smoke. I thanked him for his honesty and went about looking on line at other similar vehicles. Danniel called back about an hour later and said they could make me a great deal on a new 2026 Frintier Pro-4x with all the same options as the 2025 I had called about. My radar went up, here we go sales B.S. to my amazement and joy, they did make me an outstanding offer, one I doubt I will see the likes of again. I agreeded to the deal and drove the 500 miles from TN to OH. I am very happy with how I was treated. The entire team was professional, honest, and treated me with respect. No tricks, no pressure to buy, no ladt minute add one, or we forgot to tell you xxx.. When I am in the market for another vehicle, Ron Marhofer Nissan will be my 1st place I look. More
