Very unhappy with their service team. Did they fix my truck I believe so. My truck is still under warranty, the brake pad system came on and said service brake pad monitor. Along with bat Did they fix my truck I believe so. My truck is still under warranty, the brake pad system came on and said service brake pad monitor. Along with battling to get the service driver assist system resolved for going over 4 months. When you google service brake pad monitor…. The Service Brake Pad Monitor is a system that alerts drivers when the brake pads are worn and need replacement. It uses sensors to estimate the remaining life of the brake pads and displays this information on the vehicle's dashboard. This is not a check engine light. There are also notations that this is a manufacturers defect with how fast the brakes are wearing out, and being replaced under warranty. I’m not asking for that. So again my truck is under the bumper to bumper warranty. My frustrations come from the diagnostic fee that I was charged 300. To see the message on the dash that says truck needs brakes. To tell them to put brakes on. 1700.00 for front brakes. That’s astronomical. I also had some things disappear. While it was in the service center, but I’m more frustrated about this than I am that. My Service advisor and the staff are great, and this has nothing to do with them. My frustrations come from the policy of the dealership, as I went as far to talk to the service manager regarding my Complaint. I will not be recommending this service center to anyone, I spoke to other dealerships and had the same job quoted for 800.00 and I will go as far to say maybe they weren’t the same level of parts I don’t know. But I asked about the alert on the dash and they said the sensor is built into the brake system, and they do not charge a diagnostic for that. Along with most of the time doesn’t need brakes at all. I took my 2024 Chevy Blazer to Rod Hatfield Chevrolet for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped the vehicle off, it had no scratches. When I picked it up and got home, I discovered significa a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped the vehicle off, it had no scratches. When I picked it up and got home, I discovered significant scratches that were not there before. I contacted the dealership immediately, expecting them to investigate and make it right. Over the course of several days, we reviewed photos and security footage. The service director acknowledged that both my photos and the dealership’s intake images showed there was no damage when I brought the vehicle in. However, the footage of the vehicle leaving the service bay was too poor in quality to prove the scratches were not already there when it left the dealership. Despite admitting there was no damage when I dropped the vehicle off and having no clear evidence showing otherwise when it left, the dealership refused to accept responsibility or help resolve the issue. As a result, I’m now facing a $2,500 repair bill for damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care. I understand that accidents can happen. What disappointed me most was the dealership’s unwillingness to take responsibility or work toward a fair resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service department More

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, kept me up to date on vehicle status, and were quick. Car Wash needs a little work, but it was free so I really can't complain. on vehicle status, and were quick. Car Wash needs a little work, but it was free so I really can't complain. More
