It took 2 trips one walk out the door and 30 emails to come to a agreement that was within 500 of a price i had from true internet dealer in Kentucky. Delivery was rushed showed us about 5 to 10 mins of features and walked off. The finance guy was a total jerk once you turned down his warranty package and spent the time bashing our other car and made several mistakes on paperwork. The service dept has been fairly good taking care of the 2 small issues we have found but there is one advisor that needs to go back and not work with people maybe sort parts or something we now know him so we just ask for the other 2 guys. Would we buy again there Maybe now that we know their issues i could work the system there. More

I was there on 9-2-2020 and worked out a deal on a new Jeep Gladiator with Colton. I drove home to think about it. I decided to go forward with the deal and called him back and he took my credit informat Jeep Gladiator with Colton. I drove home to think about it. I decided to go forward with the deal and called him back and he took my credit information and said okay. Meanwhile he emailed theVIN number so I could get insurance on it. He called me back about 15 minutes later and said a lady was at the lot looking at the vehicle and that I was behind her in priority because she may pay more, even though we had agreed on the deal and I already insured the thing. He said he would call back. About 1 hour later he called back and said the lady was on the fence about buying the Jeep, but meanwhile, Ken, the manager said they would not honor the deal because he could sell the Jeep for mor money. Take this as a lesson that these people are not really honorable people, as I am from East Tennessee and you used to be able to take a man at his word. This Ken E. that is the manager is not an honest or honorable person to just back out of a deal on the spot after agreeing. I was going to pay the price they offered it to me for. Just go to Knoxville or Jefferson City to get a Jeep, even if you pay a higher price you will still be dealing with honest people. Makes you wonder what else they will lie about. I gave them my personal information and they will probably sell it. JUST AVOID THESE LIARS AND YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF! More

Sales Prices a joke I accompanied my daughter and son-in-law at their request for him to buy a Jeep Cherokee, she bought one last year and my wife the year before that. This will happen no more. The 1,000.00 rebate was if you financed through Chrysler and both have respectable credit scores, 766 and 650 with a low debt load ratio, both are in professional jobs, RN and Teacher. It came back as 16% and required a trade-in vehicle, and that was with 16K down payment. I am retired now but I worked in real estate and know about financing and how things work. Clearly either they don't know how to submit information or Chrysler has sold all they want to, or neither cares about actually making good on an advertisement as this should have been a walk in the park. We bought a Jeep 2 years ago, our friends over the last 2 years, and even that daughter last year. Go to a Dealer that knows what they are doing and if it was Jeep, buy another brand. He bought, I would have and will in the future walk away. More

A Durango, Jeep Wrangler, used Toyota truck, and Jeep Cherokee. I was especially interested in the new Durango R/T. They had a nice one on the lot but not the right color. A sales person, Steve Wright, came out to assist. I told him what I was looking for and he basically blew me off. He said he'd call if they got one. I think it was because I'd been working around the house and I wasn't in my best clothes. Couple wks later took my wife by to look and basically got same treatment from Mr. wright. After about 5-6 weeks went to Rice Dodge in Alcoa. Sales person got on line found what I need and said he could have it there next day. Why didn't Steve do that. Ended up stopping at Rick McGills and bought a 2018 4 Runner Lim. While Rocky Top hasn' lost me 4ever they have for the next 3-4 yrs. will continue to take Cherokee and Wrangler there for service. John is great! By the way Mr Wright, at Rick McGill's they said I had the highest credit rating of any customer ever. Next time don't judge someone by their dress. If you'd done what the sales person at Rice had done, I'd had a new Durango R/T in the garage 5 or 6 weeks ago instead a a new 4 Runner. Sincerely, Steve Trout More
