I was very disappointed with how everything was handled after I purchased the vehicle. Once the sale was completed, I felt like the level of customer service completely changed. I reached out multiple time after I purchased the vehicle. Once the sale was completed, I felt like the level of customer service completely changed. I reached out multiple times for help and answers, but no one seemed willing to assist me or return my calls. I expected much better communication and follow-up, especially after making such a significant purchase.
