A week ago my wife and I went there to get a car and we put in the work to provide them with all the documents needed to get the process rolling. I even had 2 co-signers. We eventually got the car and the put in the work to provide them with all the documents needed to get the process rolling. I even had 2 co-signers. We eventually got the car and the car ran great. Then a few days later they call us back demanding the car due to either crappy paperwork on their part or through the people with whom they were dealing with to get us financed. Either way, it was a messed up situation. They even threatened to call the cops if we didn't bring the car back which upset my wife immensely. Once the contract was signed, it was a done deal. Basically it was a breach of contract and now I don't have a way to get back and forth to work. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there to purchase a vehicle. More

I have recently bought a brand new 2012 Dodge Journey from Mike Keffer. After looking at several different cars and models we picked one we liked. In the mush of looking at so many cars, myself, my husba from Mike Keffer. After looking at several different cars and models we picked one we liked. In the mush of looking at so many cars, myself, my husband, and the car lot got options confused. The car we bought did not have a current option that any of us thought it did. After getting the car home we discovered the option did not come with the car. I called the dealership the night we figured it out. After some issues with not being able to add this option factory in my car, Mike Keffer, Coach, and the sales manager Will. Did everything they can to make it right by us. And they did! We were not easy to deal with or make happy, and they did! I am a Mopar girl and I will buy my next car from Mike Keffer and Coach. Thank you so much! This dealership is focused on keeping cutomers happy after the buy of a car. And they did everything they could to make us happy and they did not have to! More

My decision to buy a new car was a very difficult one for me to make. I had not had to make a car payment in 6 years and I really didn't think I would be able to afford a car payment at this time. Things b me to make. I had not had to make a car payment in 6 years and I really didn't think I would be able to afford a car payment at this time. Things being as they are...I didn't have $2000 to put into my current car to be able to pass inspection. 2 weeks prior to this, I saw a SUV that just really caught my eye and I though when I could afford a new car, that was what I wanted. Well, we stopped by and that same SUV was still there. Cliff met us at the SUV and we took if for a test drive. Cliff asked me what kind of payment I wanted and told me not to worry. Long story short, they not only got my payment where I wanted it, but I was able to afford the extended warranty as well. And these guys stayed until everything was finished and it was two hours after they were supposed to be off for the evening. I feel they really cared about my situation and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my decision. I will be back...you can count on it. More

Really enjoyed the experience of purchasing my first brand new vechile from Mike Keffer dealership in Rocky Mount. Everyone was really nice and down to earth. I RECENTLY VISITED MIKE KEFFER CHRYSLER AND PURCHASED A NEW DODGE RAM PICKUP. FROM THE TIME I STEPPED IN THE DOOR, I WAS GREETED BY A SALES MAN THAT ASKED DID I NEED AN HELP TODAY, I EXPLAINED TO ROBERT NEW DODGE RAM PICKUP.
