I did some research on the 2020 Ioniq EV limited and then called Rockland Hyundai because of there inventory and positive reviews. I knew the model I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Working with Sales person John Simmons and General Sales Manager Fausto Gonzalez, I made an aggressive offer and then received a fair counter offer. I accepted the deal over the phone and then followed up with a test drive. I was skeptical and a little worried because I was driving an hour from Long Island. We confirmed the deal after the test drive and I picked up the car a few days later. The process was easy and seamless with no surprises. My wife and I came to pick up the vehicle and met with Finance manager Luis Olivier and again the process was seamless. I have Been leasing/buying cars for over 20 years from various brands - some considered more premium than Hyundai. I have to applaud the team of John, Fausto and Luis for making my new 2020 Ioniq EV lease so easy and stress free. I highly recommend anyone considering a Hyundai to reach out to Rockland Hyundai.
