Everything was great, except they have a habit of turning my lights from the auto setting to off. This is more than an annoyance—it is a safety issue. Fortunately, I have learned to check this since their staff hasn’t bothered to add it to their checklist. I have mentioned this on other surveys. Makes me wonder why I bother to fill them out. More

Our salesperson, Tom Stemm, was very cordial and extremely knowledgeable regarding the product he sells.
