A great sales experience! Jason was friendly and took the time to listen to my needs. He put me with the vehicle I wanted, and informed me in detail of its benefits and options Jason was friendly and took the time to listen to my needs. The test ride was what won me over as the vehicle responded better than any I had previously owned (owned 3 other Tacomas). Jason worked closely with me and his manager to develop a deal which benefited both parties. The deal close was organized and the paperwork completed in an inordinate short time. When the vehicle was delivered (clean and detailed), Jason spent an additional 40 minutes with me describing the various functions and their use. I left the dealership with confidence in being able to handle the vehicle. Jason followed up with a service appointment to get running boards on the truck, and he plans to spend additional time with me to review the vehicle's features.
