I went into Right Honda to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new one. After spending nearly four hours at the dealership, they finalized a deal with me and allowed me to drive off in the new car. I was under the impression everything was approved and completed. About a week later, I received a call from finance stating that my loan was not funded due to my credit profile. I then had to return the vehicle because they failed to properly secure final loan approval before letting me leave the lot. As a customer, this feels extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Loan approval should be finalized before a vehicle is released. It caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience having to unwind the entire deal after believing everything was complete. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch based on my experience. Buyers should be cautious and make sure financing is fully approved before driving off the lot. More
I brought my Honda fit in for service as I had been told it needed many things done. The car was used only slightly in the past 10 years. There was a leak in the brakes and a battery was going to go. I had replaced the battery prior to coming in as my car went dead. I brought my car back to Brian and he had it for 5 days in which I had a loaner. Brought my car in for something unusual. Having a sunvisor installed properly because the old one was drooping so I was able to get half of it done but not get it back into place. My 3-yr Civic lease is coming to an end, and I decided I wanted to buy a car instead. I’ve leased two Civics. Both from Right Honda. Today I visited to see what I could potentially buy with little to nothing down. I knew I had some equity with the two leases, so figured I could get a good deal. Salesman Diego was wonderful. Friendly and professional, he worked hard to get me the right deal. Plus he was able to retrieve my long lost wedding band from inside the dash of the Civic I’ve driven for 3 years. I’m happy to say I’m now the proud owner of a gold Accord, with only 44,000 miles on it. Inside and out it looked brand new, but it’s a 2015! Thank you Diego, and finance guy Carlos. I had a great experience and am very pleased with my purchase, interest rate, and monthly payment. ☺️ More
Honda service department is an absolute joke! How is diagnosing an issue not covered under a warranty on a car that’s leased? They literally wanna charge me $190 just to look at it. The vehicle contained a hidden tracking device that malfunctioned and drained the battery only on 🚨 I got a 2023 BMW X1 from Right Honda in July. The vehicle contained a hidden tracking device that malfunctioned and drained the battery only one month later. While traveling, I was forced to pay $1,165.52 to BMW of Beverly Hills to diagnose and repair the issue. When I asked Right Honda to reimburse this cost, they agreed only if I signed a nondisclosure agreement that would also release them from liability for any future problems. I declined, as this would mean giving up my consumer rights. I was never reimbursed. Instead, I was included in communications with Right Honda’s attorneys. My own lawyer then contacted them to request reimbursement of the $1,165.52, but I have yet to receive any response. As a young woman in my 20s, I would never have knowingly gotten a car with a hidden tracking device given the obvious safety and privacy concerns. Customers deserve full disclosure before purchase. I have filed formal consumer protection complaints so there is a public record of this incident. I am leaving this review because I believe that others, including young women like me, who are looking for a car deserve transparency about potential risks to their safety. I have documentation to support these facts, including invoices and attorney correspondence. More
