Dale expedited the process by calling the factory and we were patient in waiting a few days to get the truck just right with the parts we’d hoped for. We had a seasoned salesman but new to Rick Hendrick, he gave much of his time helping us and even before I rolled off the lot, he still spent a lot of time eith me explaining the features. Even though the warranty is standard and I wasn't going to pay an Arm and Leg for an extended warranty. I would still recommend this location to anyone. More

June of 2021, I went to purchase a Suburban - helped by Bob Akison. It was super smooth & easy process. Fast Forward to August of 2022- I have been on the hunt for a new vehicle, with the intent to trade Bob Akison. It was super smooth & easy process. I had done some research, reached out to my main man at Rick Hendrick - Doug Hoover, and had him help me decide on what I wanted. A week or so later, we went and met with Bob and told him we wanted the 2022 Chevrolet Blazer 3LT that was in transit currently - he checked into it, did some things & I put down the deposit for it. It delivered a few days later, once it was delivered, the finalized things that were needed & it was ready to go on Tuesday at 3pm. I walked away with my brand new 2022 Blazer with the biggest and craziest smile!
