An Enjoyable Sales Experience I was referred to Ernie Ouzts at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet when I decided to trade in my 2011 Corvette for a new one. I had already configured my new on I was referred to Ernie Ouzts at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet when I decided to trade in my 2011 Corvette for a new one. I had already configured my new one through the Corvette configuration tool on the Chevrolet Corvette website and found that they didn't have the one that I wanted. I contacted Ernie with my specs and my expectations for the price and trade in and he got back to me within a couple of hours that he had found my car for me. I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a car should do their homework and research the pricing through an independent source such as KBB.com. A couple of days later I met with Ernie and within 2 hours we had completed the deal including all of the paperwork and I picked up my new car 2 days later. Ernie was thoroughly knowledgeable of the Corvette and went over all of the features and the differences from my old one.
