Very professional and thorough Karen and Sergio are the best. Their customer service was exceptional. I first set appointment with Karen. Left and message and she promptly called me back. She also sent email reminders which was extremely helpful. When I dropped the car off for recalls and service Sergio informed me that it would only take a couple of hours. He called me after two hours and informed me the car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived he brought the car(from the complimentary car wash👍) When he got out he noticed the A/c wasn’t properly working. He asked if he could keep the car because the recall software update may have played an issue. He then gave us a loner car and told me he would be in contact. Just picked the car up and it’s blowing cold again! Both Karen and Sergio were extremely pleasant and helpful the entire experience. Having just moved to the area and having such a great experience I will from now on use Rick Hendricks Chevrolet for my vehicles. Thanks so much More
