Great Service I brought my 2017 Corvette for an oil change for my first time to Hendricks Chevrolet. I was quickly greeted by Terry. He took all the necessary inf I brought my 2017 Corvette for an oil change for my first time to Hendricks Chevrolet. I was quickly greeted by Terry. He took all the necessary information to set up an account. He correctly answered a couple questions in regards to seat memory and radio controls. The oil change and car wash took about 2 hours. I had an appointment and thought it would take less time but it was very busy. The only issue I had was my driver side mat had dirty water on the rubber part. Terry cleaned the mat. More

Dishonest While sitting in finance going over paperwork I explained to the finance guy I did not wish to purchase the service package. I was sent home with a blank flash drive of my financial documents. A few weeks after the purchase my financial institution sent me a thank you letter with my purchases. On the letter it stated that I purchased a $2500 service package which I did not agree to. I am giving it a 1 star due to the dishonesty. I however did not have any issue with my sales guy or the general manager after calling him about the dishonest finance guy. More
