Awesome Experience I live approximately 6 miles from a BMW dealership in Greenville SC but chose to drive three hours to this dealership to purchase my BMW. Once I arrived I could tell right away that my experience was going to be awesome!!!! Will was my salesperson and he was extremely professional, informative and knowledgable of the vehicle that I was interested that of an X5 series. All the vehicle on this dealership were well maintained and truly classified as a certified BMW. I will be doing business with this dealership when I like to upgrade in the future!!!!! Teresa is amazing! I don't even know where to start. I work overseas and was looking at cars from a bunch of dealerships. I was so close to buying a car from the BMW dea I don't even know where to start. I work overseas and was looking at cars from a bunch of dealerships. I was so close to buying a car from the BMW dealership in Owings mills MD and even put a deposit on the car so they will hold it for me until I got back in the states. I was lucky enough to work with Teresa. The dealership in Maryland tried selling me a different car than what I wanted. I was asking Teresa about the whole thing and she offered to jump in and get my money back and her manager even offered to jump in and help if needed. I think that speaks of how awesome they treat their customers down in Charleston. I wish I lived closer so I could bring my new car there to get worked on. I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review but unfortunately that's the highest we are able to put. Im sure other sales people are good but I highly reccomend Teresa. She even picked me up at the airport at 11pm on a Saturday with my car. I will definately make the trip down there to buy from her next time I'm in the market for a car. More

I completely trust Terry Troutman in service for identifying issues in my old model BMW as well as my 2 new model BMWs. I know I will not be oversold services but get honest assessment of work needed. I have had numerous BMWs models, and have been happy with all of them. Though my key sales person has retired, Theresa Troutman recently handled my latest transaction. She listened to my needs and wants, and was able to quickly assess what model may suit me.
