As I posted on Facebook: Service representative Nicole Floegel is the best ambassador Hendrick BMW could have. Ms. Floegel is as strong a customer advocate as she is a dedicated employee. Walking that line between what is good for the company, while advocating for the customer, is no easy job. 'Ms. Nicole' accomplishes that, and then some. I can take my X5 to any number of independent repair shops, but I cannot find a Nicole Floegel at any of them, so I won't. More
