The sales staff at RIck Case were very professional and efficient. Brett and Joe spent a lot of time showing me details of the vehicle and doing several test drives with me. I had asked for a female sales person and since Ms. Wendi Sands was off that day, Ms. Rhiannon Brazell helped me. I found a pre-owned 2007 Mazda Miata that had yet to be inspected. The following day, Ms. Brazell phoned me and shared that it had passed inspection to which I went to her that day and asked her to write up a sales contract. Because she was not a sales consultant, her manager asked that she find a sales consultant to finish the transaction to which I asked for Ms. Wendi Sands.
