While there he was not only taking care of us, but multiple customers and STILL was able to give us the service we needed. We were ready to test drive until he called Dozier, one of the mechanics, and he informed him that the air flow sensor was bad and that the car would shut off randomly. He had ordered a part for it but it would not be there until Tuesday morning. We had came all the way from Alabama to get this car, so I was very disappointed. Not even five minutes later Dozier showed up and me being a very talkative person asked him to PLEASE fix my car today so we could take it home. He searched for a air flow sensor and found one and replaced for us in no time. We were out of there fairly fast and Clive was not only an outstanding salesman but he also took time to have small talk with us and get a feel for who we were. The service there is incredible and they are all so friendly. Thank you for all you did Clive and Dozier it meant a lot to us. More

After having an ok experience purchasing my new vehicle, there was poor follow up by the dealership. Inquiries into why I had not received notice that my tag was available were gone un answered and brushed there was poor follow up by the dealership. The result was me having to pay out of pocket taxes that would not have been necessary at the time. Several attempts to resolve the issue were not successful and I was spoken to in a rude and condescending manner. Communication and respectfulness is very poor at this dealership and I cannot recommend anyone to go here. More

When we arrived there the first time, we were treated like VIP’s. They are very friendly, very relaxed, very homely kind. They sold me this vehicle that’s as good as a new vehicle. All the inspections done on this vehicle were so good that even it beats a certified Honda at a Honda dealership. Per my demands, they offered me to fix a few things. Mr. Carter Collins took personal interest that the work done on this vehicle correctly. They put Genuine original parts from Honda and the work done was marvelous. All the things mentioned on the sticker was very true and they kept their word. Mr. Carter Collins even delivered the vehicle to my home in spite of their valuable time and I thank him for all the interest he took to see that I’m satisfied. Thank you Carter!!! The price on this vehicle, beat the entire Atlanta market and beyond. Believe me, I could not have found such a nice used vehicle anywhere else. We were greeted by a salesman, Carter Collins, and we felt like he genuinly cared about us as a person and he seemed to really like the Kia product. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the car to us. The rest of the staff was very friendly also. The car I wanted was not in stock but was ordered and arrived in a very timely manner and Carter had all the paperwork ready when I arrived to pick up my car. Carter also went through everything in the car to make sure I understood all the features. This was my best experience with a car dealer....EVER!!!!! Thank You Carter Collins!
