I did my homework online and knew the exact car I want at Rick Case. Jason was able to meet the internet price showing on the same model, different color (lower than the color I wanted) I was still shopping Rick Case. Jason was able to meet the internet price showing on the same model, different color (lower than the color I wanted) I was still shopping two other brands, but leaning toward the Optima Perry knew the answer to every single question about the Optima, met with me twice, and took several phone calls. He is very professional and considerate. The event that sealed the deal was when the car I was previously driving expired in the turn lane of a busy intersection. Perry came to my rescue with a jump bag and got me back to the dealership. Then he took my perishable groceries and put them in the employee fridge while we did the purchase paperwork. He also made sure I didn't leave without my groceries I was pre approved with my credit union, but Ken was able to secure a lower rate for me at the time of purchase. Ken kept the actual purchase process light and entertaining, and that made the time go by more quickly The only issue I had was the need to return to the dealership on my way out of town that weekend to re sign the paperwork based on the way Kia Friends and Family discount was applied. I guess this wasn't really an issue, but an inconvenience I feel like Perry went above and beyond what was call for to make this sale. He is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, polite, and patient. If he's not the employee of the year, he ought to be! More

Viktor Reznik was polite, professional, and patient. He spent more time listening and then responding to our requests. Great experience. Didn't feel pressured into buying a car. We were impressed with the customer service that Chett Provided. Sean Allen was extremely helpful, starting with his first email to me after my online inquiry. Sean and I spoke on the phone and he asked me a lot of questions about what kind of car we were looking for. He did a great job of consulting with me. He did followup for me before I ever even set foot in to the dealership and was one of few salespeople willing to go this extra mile. Then, once my son and I visited the dealership, Sean was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He went over lots of details and features of the car with us, and then again when my husband joined us. And to top it off, Sean made me stay an extra minute and set up my blue tooth for me in the car and showed me again how to use it. This was awesome, because if he hadn't done that, I probably still wouldn't have it working. Thank you Sean! We love our new car. More
