Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place

I had not planned on buying a new car when I took my Forte in for a regular service at 35,000 miles. I had been having my car service at Rick Case since I moved to Lawrenceville 2 1/2 years ago when I Forte in for a regular service at 35,000 miles. Everyone in the serive dept has always been helpful, professional and seemed like they liked working there. I saw a sign that said "ask about our vehicle exchange program" and I did and was given a business card for Shelton and walked to the Sales Dept. Shelton was tied up with another customer and asked if I would mind being helped by his associate Mike Kim. Mike Kim was very knowledgable about the program and more importantly about the Soul and the improvements in the vehicle since it came out and offered to let me test drive one. I was instantly in love as soon as I sat in it. The test drive was awesome and I was really in love when we got back. I had selected the Forte 3 years earlier because the acceleration was better and I was driving long distances on the interstate. Mike explained the changes in the Soul that improved its performance and further reinforced my decision to consider the purchase. So I said let's talk numbers. Shelton checked with us several times to make sure Mike was taking good care of me. I met Ken Hinger and we talked numbers and financing and he worked out a deal I could live with so when the service dept. called to say my car was ready I told them Rick Case owned it now. Every one I dealt with was very professional, friendly and anxious to please me. The employees seem to really like being there and it shows. More

Kalesa was the primary person whom I worked with. She responded to email I sent to a former employee whom I briefly spoke with during the christmas holidays. Very engaging and personable she made sure my wife and I had a wonderful experience. She is a team player working together with her co-worker Perry whom took us out to test drive the car we had in mind and eventually contracted with. I had to come back a week later to complete some paper work for the finance representative (Omar) and Kalesa once again ensured while I waited that I was taken care of.
