I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Brandon and Jarred were helpful and professional, and I do not blame them for what happened. My issue is specifically with the general manager, Kendrick, and his handling of everything after the sale. Less than 10 hours after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced a serious power-steering issue on the highway. The steering suddenly became extremely difficult to turn, and I was barely able to safely get off at an exit. It was frightening, especially as a college student who depends on my vehicle for work and school. I was never informed of any steering issue and was told the vehicle had been inspected and was ready to sell. When I returned the next day, Kendrick’s attitude came across as essentially, “I wasn’t here when you bought it, so I can’t help you.” Instead of taking ownership as the general manager and helping me understand what was happening, I felt like my concerns were being passed off because he was not involved in the original sale. Kendrick told me he would check on my checks and get back to me so I could get my money. After about two hours with no update, I left a voicemail. Nearly two hours later, I still had no response, so I returned to the dealership. I also requested the repair orders showing what had been inspected before the sale. Kendrick said they do not use repair orders, only a recon log. I requested the recon log and never received it. I was later told Kendrick called me “irate.” I was frustrated, but I was seeking answers after a serious safety issue and hours of no communication. During our interaction, Kendrick looked at me while I was upset and said, “What? Are you about to cry?” That comment was completely unnecessary and, in my experience, extremely condescending and unprofessional. The communication issues continued. About a week later, someone from the dealership called. I missed it because I was in class. I immediately called back after class and left a voicemail. No one returned my call the next day, so I called again with no answer. I waited another day, received no follow-up, and called again. I eventually had to return to the dealership. Kendrick looked at me and ignored me for several minutes before telling me he had told Jarred to follow up with me, again shifting responsibility. I asked to speak with accounting/finance, and only then did Kendrick call someone for an update on when my check would be returned so I could close out my loan with my bank. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly call, leave voicemails, wait days, return to the dealership, and track down different people just to get an update about my own money. I am now without a vehicle and do not want to purchase another one while this remains unresolved because I do not want multiple auto loans open on my credit. This has affected my ability to get reliable transportation for work and school. I understand that used vehicles can have problems. What I cannot accept is how this situation was handled. I was genuinely disgusted by Kendrick’s behavior—not because I expected a used vehicle to be perfect, but because I expected basic communication, accountability, and respect when a serious issue occurred immediately after my purchase. Brandon and Jarred were good to work with. My negative experience is specifically with Kendrick, his lack of communication, dismissiveness, repeated shifting of responsibility, and the way he spoke to me. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously. More

Joshua (Service Manager) I want to recognize Joshua, the Service Manager at Rick Case Kia in Duluth, for providing an exceptional customer experience. I brought my vehicle in for major service, inclu the Service Manager at Rick Case Kia in Duluth, for providing an exceptional customer experience. I brought my vehicle in for major service, including an engine replacement and several additional maintenance items. Joshua stepped in and worked with his team to help reduce the overall cost from the original quote, ultimately saving me a significant amount of money. What truly stood out was his commitment to customer satisfaction — he even arranged for my car to be fully detailed and washed upon request, which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. Joshua leads by example, and it shows in how smoothly the entire process was handled. It’s rare to find a service manager who is this involved and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Thank you, Joshua, for your professionalism, transparency, and support. More
The general manager of Rick Case Kia in Duluth, Kendrick Echols, was completely unhelpful when his store did not process any of my title paperwork for a car I bought and paid for in full. He didn't return p Echols, was completely unhelpful when his store did not process any of my title paperwork for a car I bought and paid for in full. He didn't return phone calls, and offered no assistance at all. Fortunately, one of the sales managers, Daniel Clemente, stepped in and handled doing the research needed to get the job done, and kept me in the loop with communication. If you need anything, skip Kendrick and ask for Daniel. More

I recently bought a 2025 EV9 from Rick Case Kia. My initial experience was positive, but they had promised me 1000 EV credits to use to charge my car. But after the sale I haven’t received them and My initial experience was positive, but they had promised me 1000 EV credits to use to charge my car. But after the sale I haven’t received them and they won’t return my calls or emails regarding them. I even received an email from Kia corporate a day after the sale congratulating me on my purchase and it even stated I would be receiving the credits. What really put me over the edge is that Monique, the woman that sold me the car, called me a week after my purchase and urged me to e to come in to the dealership to complete a survey. She said she was going to give me a check for $200.00 for being such a great customer and that they would hook my car up to their super charger while I was there and get me a full charge, because they valued me as a customer so much. When I got there, they did indeed hook my car up to a charger, but it was a merely a trickle. A super charger would have given me a full charge in 20 minutes. The display on the charger said it was charging at 7.5 amps, and my Kia app said it would be done charging in 9 hours. I brought this up to Monique, stating that this isn’t going to give me any kind of worthwhile charge and she quickly changed the subject. She had me go inside the dealership and fill out on a piece of paper my name and address and then she wrote $200.00 on it. I asked what this paper was for and she didn’t answer but redirected me again. She wanted me to pull up an email that was supposedly sent to me with the survey information. Apparently she was going to sit right on top of me while I filled it out, which started to become awkward. She also said that I need to make sure that I wasn’t on the dealership’s WiFi when I filled it out, which made me a bit suspicious. I looked through the emails on my phone and couldn’t find anything regarding a survey. She had me keep looking, then brought me up to the sales manager Daniel regarding it. He didn’t have much to say, and when I assured both of them that I didn’t have this email, they pretty much said goodbye, and Monique said she would drive to me tomorrow to deliver the check. Well that was the last time I have heard from her. At her urging, I drove 80 minutes round trip to meet with her, I didn’t get the check I was promised, I didn’t get my car charged up like I was promised, and now neither the sales manager nor Monique won’t return my emails regarding it. A complete freaking waste of my time, and a huge disrespect to me as a customer. I was lied to and then ghosted. I am 59 years old and have never had a bad experience from a car dealership, until now. I will never do business with any Rick Case dealership again. I am also going to send my complaint to Kia corporate, and, depending on how they handle things, will be the deciding factor if I ever buy another Kia again. More
I refrain from commenting on bad service as they’re many factors that could attribute to it however I will never visit this location again. After 10 years of being a loyal customer my last experience was a factors that could attribute to it however I will never visit this location again. After 10 years of being a loyal customer my last experience was a nightmare. The service advisors really need training on communication and it is evident from all the other reviews I’ve read. I went in for a car recall that should have taken 1-2 hours but the advisor Wesley never followed up once in 40 days. My car was parked in a lot and no action was performed to remedy my problem. I took it upon myself to pick up my vehicle and used another Kia Dealership, it took them 3 days to inspect my recall and replace my ICUU fuse. I’m still flabbergasted how my time was wasted. More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Greg Moore at Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place, and I have to say, he’s hands down the best sales guy I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we walked in, even thoug Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place, and I have to say, he’s hands down the best sales guy I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we walked in, even though we were just browsing, Greg went above and beyond to assist us. He had just come back from his lunch break and could’ve easily brushed us off, but instead, he made sure to check in and see if we needed help—despite knowing we weren’t buying that day. We explained that we weren’t planning to purchase for another 2-3 weeks because we were waiting on an insurance check, but Greg didn’t bat an eye. He dedicated over an hour of his time, answering all our questions and walking us through the process. Even without a guaranteed sale that day, his focus was entirely on making sure we had all the info we needed. A week later, but still one week until the insurance payout was going to come through, we returned to get all the paperwork finished. Greg made the entire process smooth and easy, even holding the vehicle for us after we put down a very small deposit. There were a couple of minor issues with the car when we brought it home, but Greg took care of them immediately and even filled up the gas tank as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. This was an overall fantastic experience, and I can honestly say I’ll be returning to Greg for any future vehicle needs. If you’re looking for a sales rep who genuinely cares about his customers and goes the extra mile, Greg Moore at Rick Case Kia is the guy to see. Highly recommend! More
