Went to the dealership to look at the Genesis. We were not sure on which Genesis was THE car for us. Luckily, for Rick Case, we had Larry Fitzpatrick as our sales person. Larry was very knowledgeable, VER not sure on which Genesis was THE car for us. Luckily, for Rick Case, we had Larry Fitzpatrick as our sales person. Larry was very knowledgeable, VERY personable, and let us experience all the models we were interested in without the high pressure sales pitch that some of the other dealerships on the area tried. After letting us experience the car our way, he extolled the virtues of each model, answering every question, even on the the most minute detail. We did not purchase when we came in for the test drive, but we were back the next day asking for Larry to sell us the car we wanted. From start to finish, Larry is a consummate professional had excellent communication (both in person and on the phone), and would not hesitate to recommend him for any future car purchases More

I actually went into the dealership looking to purchase another model than I purchased. Larry Fitzpatrick was great. We talked throughout the test drive and when it came down to price he suggested another another model than I purchased. Larry Fitzpatrick was great. We talked throughout the test drive and when it came down to price he suggested another model, the Elantra. I LOVE my Elantra. I was ready to walk away because of the price and this model and price fit me better anyway. I would return to Rick Case, and Larry Fitzpatrick for my next car, or send any friend. Larry Fitzpatrick is an exceptionally nice gentleman. He did his job very well. He made every effort to provide me with the best deal possible. Larry made our buying experience very pleasant. There was no pressure to purchase and he was very knowledgeable of the different cars and helpful in making our decision to purchase.
