What a awesome dealership! From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Stephan the manager and then introduced to Manish to the time I pulled away with my new Hyundai. We then met Manish and he showed us a few cars then Manish went and got a new one. We test drove it and loved it. Everyone at Rick Case Hyundai was so friendly and helpful. Manish explained everything to us and offered us a great price. I went back on Monday morning with my trade in vehicle and we deiced to purchase the new Accent. We went back with Shawn to sign all the papers. Shawn was very professional and explained everything. I love my new Hyundai I am getting even higher gas milage then posted. He handed me the keys and asked what time he should be back to finalize the paperwork. I was so impressed. We met back at my work at 2:00. Since I was not financing it took less than 5 minutes to do the paperwork. So, on my end I could not have asked for a better salesman. He truly went out of his way to make this again the best car buying experience ever. He will be the person I call when I am ready to buy again. Worked with Larry via e-mail ahead of our visit as I pretty much knew we were going with Hyundai and that the choices would either be the Sonata or Elantra and whether we would buy or lease. When I came in, Larry had the cars ready and I conducted a couple test drives that had me favoring the Sonata. Larry found the color and interior with the options we were looking for right away at another Rick Case dealership and actually drove over there himself to get the car.
