I have never bought a brand new car before. I spent months reading reviews and searching for dealerships as I did not want to have a bad experience. He answered all of my questions and never pressured me to make an appointment or come to the dealership. Before I arrived, I had decided on a 2012 Hyundai Sonata because it was in my price range. When I arrived and met Larry, he never even showed me a 2012 model because he said that he could get me a 2013 model within my price range. I think the thing that impressed me so much about him is that he is genuine. I'm not sure I've ever used that word to describe a salesperson before, nor am I likely to use it again. He could answer everything I wanted to know and still had time to share who he was with us and get to know us. I had such a wonderful buying experience with him that I've recommended him to my friends several times. Larry checks on me and the car regularly and works to build a relationship with me to make sure that I continue to be a satisfied customer. I won't even consider buying a car from anyone else unless I have no choice. The Rick Case dealership is also the best dealership! Now I have my perfect car (excellent MPG, high level equipment, nice design and great interior comfort) at almost the same conditions I'd have asked for a 2006 model.
