I have never bought a brand new car before. I spent months reading reviews and searching for dealerships as I did not want to have a bad experience. He answered all of my questions and never pressured me to make an appointment or come to the dealership. Before I arrived, I had decided on a 2012 Hyundai Sonata because it was in my price range. When I arrived and met Larry, he never even showed me a 2012 model because he said that he could get me a 2013 model within my price range. I think the thing that impressed me so much about him is that he is genuine. I'm not sure I've ever used that word to describe a salesperson before, nor am I likely to use it again. He could answer everything I wanted to know and still had time to share who he was with us and get to know us. I had such a wonderful buying experience with him that I've recommended him to my friends several times. Larry checks on me and the car regularly and works to build a relationship with me to make sure that I continue to be a satisfied customer. I won't even consider buying a car from anyone else unless I have no choice. The Rick Case dealership is also the best dealership! The level of industry knowledge they possess and level of customer service far exceeds the competition. I look forward to bringing my car in for service because I know it will be a pleasant experience. They have the largest inventory of any Hyundai dealership in the world, they offer the best warranty and they are willing to negotiate. I had been researching used Genesis sedans for a few months and this dealership consistently had a good selection of various option packages with fair pricing. What a awesome dealership! From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Stephan the manager and then introduced to Manish to the time I pulled away with my new Hyundai. We then met Manish and he showed us a few cars then Manish went and got a new one. We test drove it and loved it. Everyone at Rick Case Hyundai was so friendly and helpful. Manish explained everything to us and offered us a great price. I went back on Monday morning with my trade in vehicle and we deiced to purchase the new Accent. We went back with Shawn to sign all the papers. Shawn was very professional and explained everything. I love my new Hyundai I am getting even higher gas milage then posted. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Once Manish took over it was all smooth sailing. I did not have to do anything except test drive the car I already knew I wanted. He brought it to me at my work, which was a first. I was so happy about that as I work in the Dunwoody area. He brought the car to me at 10, I drove it,when we got back, I said okay I want it. He handed me the keys and asked what time he should be back to finalize the paperwork. I was so impressed. We met back at my work at 2:00. Since I was not financing it took less than 5 minutes to do the paperwork. So, on my end I could not have asked for a better salesman. He truly went out of his way to make this again the best car buying experience ever. He will be the person I call when I am ready to buy again. So if you want a fantastic experience than by all means ask for Manish. He will do what he has to to make it the best experience for you. He gets a 10 even though they stop at a 5 rating.
